2.  Print a copy of the Retail Order Form, fill out all the necessary information, and calculate the total cost.

Collars, Etc. patterns are available at fine fabric/smocking/sewing shops throughout the U.S.  Most of these shops take credit cards and ship mail orders out promptly.  We encourage you to patronize these shops, either in person, by mail, phone, or email.  Check out our Links page for online shops.

Wholesale Ordering Information:
We will be happy to provide any shop or retailer (with the appropriate identification, listed below) with a wholesale price list.  Mail, email, fax (601.855.0844), or call (601) 855-7141. 

General wholesale purchasing information is as follows:

-$80.00 minimum on first-time orders which must be pre-paid and accompanied by

(1) your tax identification number and  (2)  copy of your business' retail license or permit.  We cannot process wholesale orders without both!

-$60 minimum on all re-orders.

-Wholesale orders include shipping and handling within continental U.S.

-International orders -please inquire.
